NEWLY COMPLETED PROJECTS
THE DOGPATCH ARTWALK - Created through a collaboration between Fletcher Studio, the Client, and local artists. The previous structure at 950 Tennessee fully covered the entire lot, building edge to building edge. The new building's design afforded a unique opportunity to reconnect Tennessee and Minnesota Streets via a mid-block crossing that is now a 30'-0" wide public passage featuring natural elements and local art. Check it out.
86 Pennsylvania PDR Rooftop - The building’s main roof deck overlooks Dogpatch and across to the East Bay. The outdoor space is equipped with expansive seating, green grass and even Bocce Ball. With outdoor kitchens, ample seating, and sweeping vistas of Potrero Hill and the Bay, the Landing makes for an amazing space.. Check it out.
950 Tennessee - This project is a 100-unit residential building in the Dogpatch and spans the width of a city block from Tennessee to Minnesota Streets. Fletcher Studio developed a series of spaces for the project, including the new public passage The Dogpatch Artwalk , streetscapes, inner courtyard, and roof deck. Explore the full project here.
THE LANDING - 1395 22nd Street, also known as The Landing, traverses a tricky hillside in the Dogpatch. The project’s amenity spaces and long, open-air promenades are punctuated by long planted areas bracketed by steel and sculptural concrete, patterned paving draws from scale patterns of snakes as one winds through the site. The building’s main roof deck overlooks Dogpatch and across to the East Bay. Read more here.
MINNESOTA GROVE - Once a largely abandoned right of way, this space has seen many informal and formal uses over the decades. As material piles and abandoned vehicles began to exit the strip, golden opportunity was realized. What was at first an experiment in guerrilla gardening, eventually expanded into a full blown public botanic garden. Find out the whole story here.
