Welcome to the Studio

One of Fletcher Studio’s core values is the belief that design is magic - that design can transform space and improve lives and the world around us. And of course magic should be shared with others, even if they don’t have a magical budget. Over the years, we’ve put this belief into practice by building a portfolio of pro bono or “low bono” projects.

Located in South San Francisco, Nexus on Grand is a 4.3 acre life science campus. We designed a central plaza space, and a perimeter landscape terracing system that accomplishes stormwater project goals, while mitigating an 18’-foot grade delta. The ‘Nano’ mural by Marc Northstar acts as a backdrop to the emerging pedestrian amenities, where office tenants can gather.
