Fletcher Studio is excited to announce the opening of the new public passage way that meanders and flows through a new mixed-use housing development, The Mariposa Greenway.

The new intersection of art, commerce and community! This mixed use development, The Passage, will transform 6.8 acres of landscape into public art, restaurants, promenades, and roof top decks.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
THE TEXAS STREET FARM
The studio is now volunteering every Saturday at the Texas Street Community Garden. Nestled between the slopes of Potrero Hill and Dogpatch, this non-profit garden space is run by Stephen Pulliam from Bridge Housing, along with his apprentice gardeners Pancho and Kevin. Although attendance is limited due to COVID-19 protocols we really enjoy helping our neighbors during this time. We recently had a COVID-safe studio gathering at the garden and set-up the DJ turntables while studio staff removed weeds and planted vegetable starts in the garden beds.

We are on our way to becoming a 100% certified GREEN BUSINESS. Here are just some of the ways we are GREENING our office:
- 100% renewable energy through CleanPowerSF's SuperGreen Program
- Switching to non-toxic cleaning products
- Energy efficient lighting
- Energy efficient appliances and electronics
- 100% recycled content paper products
- Utilizing low flow water fixtures
- Striving to divert 90% of waste from landfills
- Encouraging staff to utilize our bike to work program
